It's important that all RRSM coders be rigorously trained on the measure to ensure reliability. A copy of the RRSM Training Protocol can be downloaded below, and other helpful materials can be found on our [Resources](/resources) page.

Access to high-quality, real life videos of early childhood classrooms is essential to the RRSM training process. We are deeply grateful to the [Colorado Department of Education](https://www.cde.state.co.us/) for curating a collection of such videos in their [Results Matter Video Library](https://www.cde.state.co.us/resultsmatter/rmvideoseries_practicingobservation), and for allowing the use of these videos for RRSM training.

Please note that we do not post training codes directly to our website, out of respect for the privacy of the children and adults depicted in the *Training Videos*. To request a copy of our *Master Codes & Logic*, please contact Dr. Dana McCoy at [dana\_mccoy@gse.harvard.edu](mailto:dana_mccoy@gse.harvard.edu).
